1. Introduction
noIM₃ is a business name of noIM3 Pty Ltd (ACN 696 098 316) ("noIM₃", "we", "us", "our"). We are a radiofrequency (RF) engineering and spectrum intelligence business based in Adelaide, South Australia. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal information when you visit our website at noim3.com, create an account, purchase or use any of our services, or otherwise interact with us.
noIM₃ offers four principal service lines, all of which are covered by this policy:
- RF Tools — self service software including the noIM₃ platform (frequency planning, intermodulation analysis, link planners, coverage and BESS/solar tools) available on subscription tiers (Standard, Pro, Elite and Enterprise).
- ACMA Services — automated RF frequency planning, coordination and spectrum intelligence services supporting applications under Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) land mobile and point-to-point licensing frameworks, including P2A and P2P assignments and, in future, lodgement under our Accredited Frequency Assignor (AFA) accreditation.
- Consulting — bespoke engineering consulting on communications systems, spectrum strategy, BESS/SAPS, LV/ELV electrical infrastructure and related RF and electrical engineering matters.
- Training — courses, workshops and learning materials on RF engineering, ACMA licensing and the use of the noIM₃ platform, delivered online or in person.
noIM₃ is subject to the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Where we provide services to individuals in the European Union or United Kingdom, we also comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR to the extent they apply.

When we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient handles it in a manner consistent with the APPs, including through contractual protections and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses under the GDPR.
